Cottage cheese and Noodles

- 16 oz container of cottage cheese
- bag of egg noodles
- 1/2 stick
- salt and pepper to taste
1Boil egg noodles according to directions. Drain (obviously) ;)
2Melt butter in medium frying pan and add noodles on top. Do not stir.
3Mix cottage cheese, eggs, salt and pepper in bowl. Pour mixture directly on top of noodles.
4Cook on low, covered, for 20 minutes or until the bottom is crunchy.
5Super easy. Its not a fancy dish but one that is loved by my siblings and I. Enjoy!
