As a college student who didn't like spending much time in the kitchen, I pretty much lived on Ramen. It wasn't until the last few years or so that I started to think outside of the bag. This recipe came about a little bit at a time, with me just adding different things to my Ramen and adding on to it. When I finally put this combination together, I knew it was perfect and kept coming back to it again and again. I've made it for many of my friends and they all love it and often ask me specifically to make it for them.

About 1 minute before it's time to take the noodles off the stove, stir in the chicken and peas. You can substitute the vegetables with any you prefer, or even use frozen. If using frozen, thaw first and add to water within enough time for it to cook thoroughly.

When the noodles are finished cooking take off the stove and strain. Leave a little water in the serving bowl to aid in stirring in the cream of mushroom and the flavor packet that comes with the noodles. You can use more or less cream of mushroom to your taste.
