If you read my recipes you know I love the Amish for their cooking skills. Well here's an Amish recipe for Chinese food...go figure.
This has a nice taste and a good texture with the wilted cabbage and cooked noodles. As usual, the Amish come through again. I tell you, if I ever hear of a chinese restaurant owned by an Amish family...I'm THERE!
This recipe would go nicely with the Lemon Egg Drop Rice Soup I posted on this site.
