CHINESE TAKEOUT AT HOME
This has a nice taste and a good texture with the wilted cabbage and cooked noodles. As usual, the Amish come through again. I tell you, if I ever hear of a chinese restaurant owned by an Amish family...I'm THERE!
This recipe would go nicely with the Lemon Egg Drop Rice Soup I posted on this site.
- 1 lb. pork steak cut in 1/4 inch strips
- 4 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/4th head of cabbage
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 8 oz. egg noodles
Remove from heat and stir soy sauce into meat. Place noodles, pork and cabbage together in a serving dish until mixed up.Serve hot.
