Ingredients

1 lb
pasta of choice (shells) cooked
1 c
chicken breast cooked and cut to small pieces
1 small
onion,chopped
2 clove
garlic
2 Tbsp
butter
2 Tbsp
all purpose flour
1 c
of each chicken broth and milk
1 c
provolone cheese,grated
1(10oz) pkg
frozen spinach,thawed
1(15oz) can(s)
artichoke hearts,drain
dash(es)
nutmeg , salt, and pepper
1/2 c
parmesan cheese

Step-By-Step

1Fry onion and garlic on butter for about 5 minutes.Sprinkle flour over it.Fry for 2 minutes and add the broth, milk, and spices.Stir in spinach and artichoke.

2Add the pieces of chicken and Provolone cheese. Mix in the cooked pasta and garnish with Parmesan cheese.Serve warm or cold.
