Ingredients

1 lb
elbow macaroni or any other kind you prefer
8 oz
sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
8 oz
pepper jack with touch of philadelphia cheese, shredded
2 can(s)
(14.5 oz. ea.) del monte italian recipe stewed tomatoes

Step-By-Step

Step 1 Direction Photo

1Cook macaroni or other pasta according to package directions. Drain and return to stove.

2Add the tomatoes and stir until blended.

3Add the cheeses and stir until all the cheese is melted. Simmer until heated throughout.

4Top with Parmesan cheese and serve with a green salad and garlic bread.
