- ground beef, cooked & drained
- 1 medium
- onion, sauteed with the ground beef
- 1 can(s)
- cream of mushroom soup
1Cook & drain the ground beef and onion in advance. Set aside.
2Cook and drain the macaroni according to box instructions. Return macaroni to the pot.
3Add ground beef/onion mixture and all remaining ingredients, including cheese packet. Adjust milk as necessary. Stir over low heat until everything is incorporated and creamy. Sometimes I toss in extra shredded cheese or black pepper, depending on my mood.
