Ingredients
| 4 oz | cream cheese |
| 1/2 lb | pork sausage find more delicious recipes at www.porkbeinspired.com
|
| 1/2 c | diced onion |
| 1/2 c | grated swiss cheese |
| 2 1/2 oz | package real bacon bits |
| 1/2 c | frozen hash browns |
| 2 | eggs |
| 1/2 c | milk, or heavy cream |
| 1/2 c | colby jack cheese, grated |
| 9 | inch unbaked pie shell |

Directions
1.Preheat oven to 400
2.Cook sausage and onions until done and no longer pink, drain. Add cream cheese and stir until melted, and combined
3.To the sausage mixture add, swiss cheese, bacon bits, and hash browns, mix well, and pour in unbaked pie shell.
4.Mix eggs and milk, stir until combined, pour over sausage mixture5.Place pie in preheated oven and cook for 15 minutes, Reduce heat to 360 and cook 25 more minutes, Sprinkle with colby jack cheese, return to oven and bake 5 min.
6.Allow to cool for a few minutes, slice and enjoy
