Sauté onions in oil until tender. Add worcestershire, salt, lemon juice, brown sugar, paprika & water. Cook on low heat for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, cook noodles according to package. When noodles are cooked, drain & put into a 9x13 baking dish. Arrange hot dogs on top of noodles. Pour cooked sauce over noodles & hot dogs evenly. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Refrigerate leftovers.
