Notes from the Test Kitchen:
This would be a perfect dish to take to a picnic or any outdoor function. The brie adds a wonderfully nutty flavor that the Crew and I couldn't get enough of.

Ingredients

1 box
bowtie pasta
1
triangle of brie cheese (rind removed)
1/2 c
olive oil
2 clove
minced garlic
2 medium
tomoato's seeded and diced
1 bunch
freshly sliced basil
1 small
package sliced almonds
salt and pepper to taste

Directions

COOK PASTA PER PACKAGE DIRECTIONS. IN A LARGE SKILLET WARM OLIVE OIL ON LOW HEAT. ADD DICED TOMATO'S AND BASIL. ALLOW TO WARM. ADD BRIE IN CHUNKS. DO NOT MELT TOTALLY. ADD GARLIC AND ALMONDS SALT AND PEPPER. POUR OVER BOWTIE AND STIR.
