Ingredients

1 Tbsp
butter
2 Tbsp
all-purpose flour
1 1/4 c
skim milk
1 1/2 c
(6 oz.) shredded reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese
3 Tbsp
grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp
low-sodium worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp
dry mustard
1/8 tsp
pepper
1/8 tsp
hot sauce
4 c
hot cooked medium elbow macaroni

Step-By-Step

1Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat; add flour. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly with a wire whisk. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly.
2Bring to a boil; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; add cheeses and next 4 ingredients, stirring until cheeses melt. Combine cheese sauce and macaroni in a bowl; stir well. Serve immediately.
