Barilla Linguini with asparagus, tomatoes and peco

The rest of the title includes both pecorino and romano cheese. This dish is awesome.

Ingredients

1 box
barilla linguini
4 Tbsp
evoo
1 bunch
asparagus, cut in slices on a bias
1 pt
cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1/2 c
pecorino and romano cheese, grated
salt and pepper to taste

Step-By-Step

1Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
2In a large skillet, heat evoo.
3Add asparagus and cherry tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper and saute for 3 mins.
4Cook pasta according to pkg directions and drain and toss with sauce.
5Top with cheese and serve.
