This is one of my all time favorites. It is fantastic to take to potlucks or to a friend who is under the weather. I like eating it the next day as a cold pasta dish. Can't go wrong with this one!

I normally don't post comments but want you to know that my husband and I love this recipe...I have tripled the ingredients after making it several months ago for the first time. We always have the first one and then freeze the other two...we have shared when needed and a couple of times when wanted...easy recipe!..we love it! Thanks for sharing!

I gave this recipe to my wife and she cooked it and we loved it! Subsequently she had her garden club over for a dinner meeting. They scarfed it up and asked for the recipe. She made twenty copies and they were taken. It is wonderful. Great for leftovers for lunch.

Congratulations on the Blue Ribbon!

I had a co-worker who would bring this to department potlucks. I had that recipe for years but lost it during one of our moves. This one looks just as good if not better. I am making it for dinner tonight for us and a neighbor who is under the weather. Thanks!!!
