This is one of my all time favorites. It is fantastic to take to potlucks or to a friend who is under the weather. I like eating it the next day as a cold pasta dish. Can't go wrong with this one!

cooked spaghetti noodles
1 c
chopped onions
1 c
green peppers
1 Tbsp
1 can(s)
(28 oz) chopped tomatoes
1 tsp
1 clove
garlic (or 1/2 teaspoon garlic seasoning)
1 lb
cooked ground beef (can substitute chicken or Italian sausage)
2 c
mozzarella cheese
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup (use cream of chicken if you use chopped chicken)
1/2 c
1/2 c
Parmesan cheese

I gave this recipe to my wife and she cooked it and we loved it! Subsequently she had her garden club over for a dinner meeting. They scarfed it up and asked for the recipe. She made twenty copies and they were taken. It is wonderful. Great for leftovers for lunch.

Did not like at all. very bland.. and even added more oregano and Italian seasoning

Congratulations on the Blue Ribbon!

I had a co-worker who would bring this to department potlucks. I had that recipe for years but lost it during one of our moves. This one looks just as good if not better. I am making it for dinner tonight for us and a neighbor who is under the weather. Thanks!!!

I made this baked spaghetti for my family and it was not a hit. There is no sauce in this spaghetti to make it moist. The can of soup did nothing to add to the flavor. It was just a huge disappointment for us. Won't make it a second time.
