Brown ground beef in non-stick skillet until cooked through; drain and stir in sauce and set aside.
Cook pasta in boiling water for 8 minutes. Drain and place pasta in large serving bowl. Add the cream cheese, Italian seasoning and garlic. Mix until cream cheese is melted and pasta is coated fully.
In a greased 9"x13" baking dish, spread 1/2 cup of meat sauce onto bottom. Place pasta on top and cover pasta with remaining meat sauce. Sprinkle Parmesan over top and bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
