Baked Cream Cheese Spaghetti

Cream cheese and spaghetti. Wow. One of my favorite ingredients to cook with is cream cheese. It adds so much flavor to your recipe that you make. This recipe is so easy to make and adding the green peppers and carots and onions and spices gives it that extra boost.


12 oz
1, 28 oz
jar prepared spaghetti sauce
1 lb
ground beef, lean
1/2 c
diced green pepper
1/2 c
diced onions
1/2 c
grated carrots
1 tsp
italian seasoning
1 clove
garlic, minced
8 oz
cream cheese
1/2 c
parmesan cheese, grated
1 c
mozzarella cheese, shredded

Directions Step-By-Step

Cook spaghetti noodles according to directions on packet and drain. Add cream cheese while noodles are hot and mix throughly.
Next, brown the ground beef, green peppers, onions, grated carrots garlic and seasoning in pan. Drain, put back into pan and stir in spaghetti sauce.
In a pyrex 9 x 13 baking dish spray lightly and spread a small amount of hamburger mixture on bottom. Next put spaghetti on top of sauce and then add rest of hamburger mixture. Sprinkle your parmesan cheese and then mozzarello cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes until bubbly. Enjoy!!!!!!

OH MY GOSH!! I honestly do not "do" spaghetti more than a few times a year, I am just not into macaroni that often. But my husband does. He will make a spaghetti dinner and invite his friends over while I go someplace else to have dinner. I saw this and I went OH MY GOSH!! IT LOOKS MMMMMMMMM YUMMMMMMMMY!!! I will have to surprise my beloved with this!! Thank-you for sharing!!

I just baked this tonight. And can I say how easy this was and how tasty this recipe was. Thank for sharing . It's been added to my favorite dishes I will make forever!!
