Perfect side dish for a hot summer night. It comes together quickly and is not too heavy! I'm serving it alongside grilled BBQ pork chops.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

Super creamy, this bacon and tomato pasta salad will be a winner at any summer cookout. Celery gives it a satisfying crunch, while green onions give it a pop of freshness. Toss in the sweet cherry tomatoes and smoky bacon, and it's the ultimate summertime pasta salad. A delicious light dinner during the summer alongside a piece of grilled chicken.
