Ingredients

8 oz
pasta shells(or elbow)
1/2 large
avocado
8 oz
goat cheese
1
garlic clove
1 small
bunch, cilantro
1/4 c
milk
1/2 c
mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 c
panko
juice from 1 lime
salt and pepper

Step-By-Step

1Cook pasta according to package ( al dente).

2Using a food processor or blender, combine avocado, lemon juice, goat cheese, milk, salt & pepper.

3spray a baking dish with non stick spray, combine pasta with the sauce, place in dish top with the mozzarella and panko...bake at 325 degree for 20 mins, then broil 5 mins.
