Avocado/Goat Cheese Shells Bake

pasta shells(or elbow)
mozzarella cheese, shredded
Cook pasta according to package ( al dente).
Using a food processor or blender, combine avocado, lemon juice, goat cheese, milk, salt & pepper.
spray a baking dish with non stick spray, combine pasta with the sauce, place in dish top with the mozzarella and panko...bake at 325 degree for 20 mins, then broil 5 mins.
