Avocado Basil Pasta
bow-tie pasta, uncooked
avocados, halved, seeded, peeled, and coursley chopped
bacon, crisp-cooked, drained, and crumbled
chopped fresh basil
finely shredded pecorino romano cheese
1Cook pasta according to the package directions, drain.
2In a large bowl mix avocado, bacon, basil, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, pepper, and salt. Add hot pasta and toss to combine. Transfer to a serving bowl. Top with cheese.

Sounds wonderful, will the lemon juice keep the avocado from turning dark or do you have to eat this immediately after preparing....thanks for the recipe

I wouldn't save for more than a day. I had a little left over and the avocados were starting to brown the next day.
