I AM A FAN OF STEW, AS WELL AS PASTA DISHES , THIS DISH CAN BE EATEN THREE DIFFRENT WAYS. WITH JUST GARLIC TOAST ON THE SIDE AS A STEW, SPREAD OVER A PLATE OF PASTA , OR WITH RICE.. ALL THREE WAYS ARE SO DELICIOUS .. SO THIS SI A "THREE MENU "MEAL.

THIS IS A VERY SPICEY DISH .. I LOVE SPICE WITH THE SEAFOOD DISHES , IT PREVENTS PARISITES AND OTHER POSSIBLE THINGS ..

diced tomato sauce ( do not used the one that is already prepared with its own spice - it ruins the true flavor of this )

water that you used for the tomato sauce from

sage
2 medium
jalepino peppers minced

CHOP UP YOUR GARLIC ,
MINCE YOUR DILL WEED ,
AND PARSLEY ,
PEEL AND CUT IN HALF YOUR GARLIC ( THIS DISH REQUIRES THE FULL GARLIC NOT BLENDED IN THE SAUCE WITH THE BLENDER) I ACTUALLY PERFER THER DICED TOMATO FOR THIS SAUCE..NOT A SMOOTH TEXTURE ..BUT EVERYONE HAS DIFFERENT CULINARY PREFFRENCESS.

AFTER YOU HAVE PREPARED YOUR SELF WITH CHOPPING . SLICEING BLENDING
ADD 2 TABLESOON EITHER OLIV OIL OR SESEMEE SEED OIL
AND LET IT HEAT UP NICE , ADD THE GARLIC AND ONION IN THE OIL , THEN TAKE YOUR WHUITE WINE WHILE IT IS ON HIGH HEAT AND LET IT SIZZLE FOR 3 MIN,, ADD YOUR SAUCE THEN REDUCE HEAT TOO SIMMER FOR AN HOUR.
STIR IT OCCASIONALY!AND THEN ADD THE HOT WATER ( 1 CAN FROM THE TOMATOSAUCE THAT YUO USED)
PUT THE SAUCE IN IN A LARGE SAUCE POT

BOIL UP YOUR WATER ,ATER THE 1 HOUR TIME , AND WHEN THE NOODLES ARE READY REFER TOO MY OTHER TOMATO SAUCE FOR TIPS ..ON THE PASTA..

I LOVE TOO SERVE A CHUNKY TOMATO SAUCE WITH A SHELLED NOOLED OR ANYTHING OTHER THAN A PLAIN REGULAR NOODLE , WHY? BECAUSE THE TECUTRED NOODS SCOOP THE SAUCE IN BETWEE ITS SHAPE AND MAKES THE FLAVOUR MORE ROBUST !
