3 Cheese Tortelli with Baked Ham Bites

I had a good size piece of Ham left over so I cut it into bite sized pieces...and created this recipe :)

Ingredients

1/2 lb
baked ham slice
1 box
3-cheese tortelli
1 c
panco bread crumbs
1/2 c
skim milk
1 pkg
cheddar cheese
1/8 stick
butter
1 Tbsp
flour

Step-By-Step

1Cook Tortelli as per package directions, set aside
( this product has 3 cheeses inside the pasta)

Cut Ham Slice into bite sized pieces,set aside
Mix Butter and flour to make a rue' in a sauce pan stirring slowly blend in milk and cheese
Do not boil
2Combine Ham, Pasta and liquid mixture of melted cheese
Place in 8" by 8 " glass cassarole dish

Pour liquid cheese combination over pasta
3Place breadcrumbs in fry pan and just heat slighly to brown the topping ( Panko bread crumbs are made from the center of a white bread without crust ...

Taste is crunchier than tradional breadcrumbs. (Found in most markets today)

Put topping over the pasta and ham to go into pre-heated oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
