Ingredients

chow fun ( rice noodle )
2 large
eggs
1/2
red bell pepper

onions cut thick slice

carrots shredded

minced garlic

oil
1/4 tsp
sugar
2 Tbsp
wine
1 tsp
flour
2 Tbsp
oyster sauce
2 Tbsp
soy sauce
1 Tbsp
dark soy sauce
1/4 tsp
baking soda

stem green onion
1/4 tsp
tsp salt

Step-By-Step

1In a bowl add 2 tablespoons water ,1/4 teaspoon baking soda and mix well with beef. Then add a little corn starch ,salt and oil. Marinate beef and put in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
2Chop red bell pepper, onion, carrots, and green onion into thick square pieces.
3In a frying pan, add 1 tablespoon oil saute garlic and beef. Cook the beef partially and set aside. * The meat will fully cook later when stir fried.
4Then cook the onions, red bell pepper, and carrots.
5On medium heat cook the rice noodle until both sides are golden brown. Then add soy sauce oyster sauce, dark soy sauce , 2 eggs stir and all of the rest of the ingredients. Stir Fry for 2 minutes. Enjoy!
