Put the oil and sofrito in a pot with the vinegar. Smash the garlic and mince it. Throw it into your pot. Put the heat on high and slice the Kielbasa into the size you want. Pour the tomato sauce in slowly while continuously stirring.
Throw in the kielbasa and let cook for about 3 minutes. Pour in the water and the bouillon and sazon. Cover the pot, wash the rice and pour it into the pot.
After about 5 minutes of steaming, stir all together and cook on low heat for 20 minutes or until finished. Enjoy!
