Ingredients

1 lb
ground venison
1/4 c
olive oil
2 Tbsp
minced parsley
1 c
chopped onion
2
cloves garlic, minced
1 can(s)
(12 oz.) tomato sauce
2 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
1 box
(8 oz.) spaghetti, cooked
freshly grated parmesan cheese

Step-By-Step

1Brown venison in oil.

2Add parsley, onions and garlic.

3Cook until tender.

4Add remaining ingredients except spaghetti and cheese.

5Simmer over low heat for 2 hours.

6Serve over spaghetti.

7Serve with parmesan cheese.
