Venison Meatloaf

This is for all those out there that have a hunter in the family.

Ingredients

1 lb
ground venison
1 medium
onion, chopped
1/2 c
milk
1
beef boullion cube dissolved in 1 c. warm water
1 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
allspice
1 c
oatmeal
1
egg
1/4 tsp
pepper

Step-By-Step

1Mix all ingredients together, reserving 1/2 cup of water with beef boullion.
2Form into loaf and place in center of baking dish. Pour the reserved liquid over the top.
3Bake at 350*, uncovered, for 1 hour.
