Venison Fried Strips

- (small) prepared mustard
- vension, cut into strips or chunks, use only amount you are tolerant in frying later
- self-rising flour
- vegetable oil or shortening for frying
1Mix together the Mustard & Coke. Add the venison or wing it...meat of choice. Let marinade for at least an hour.
2Dredge the mustard/coke meat into the flour. Fry in your hot oil or shortening, until done.
