1Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Heat Olive oil in skillet. Saute vegetables and ham until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper.
2In a medium size bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, cheese, and corn starch. Add vegetables and ham, and stir well. Pour filling into pie crust and bake for 25-30 minutes. Let cool at least 10 minutes for serving.
3Pizza Quiche -- Instead of vegetables and ham, add 1/2 cup Spaghetti Sauce (Prego or Ragu), 1/2 cup of Pepperoni and mozzarella cheese. Add 1/2 tsp. of Oregano and 1/4 tsp. of garlic powder. Follow above baking instructions.
4Quiche Lorraine -- Instead of ham, fry up 4 strips of bacon. Break up bacon and stir in to mixture. Follow above baking instructions.
