Pre-heat oven to 450*. To make sauce: In a small bowl, combine tomato paste, water, Parmesan cheese, garlic, honey, anchovy paste, onion powder, oregano, marjoram, basil, ground black pepper, cayenne pepper, red pepper flakes and salt; mix together, breaking up any clumps of cheese.

Sauce should sit for 30 minutes to blend flavors; spread over pizza dough and prepare pizza as desired. Grease your pizza dough with oil, top and bottom, I buy the pre made pizza crusts (you can get at walmart in the pasta isle) Spread sauce on oiled pizza crust.

Add basil leafs first so they stick to the sauce, I love basil, so i put about 18-20 leafs, if you dont like alot of basil just add you desired amount. Then place your thin sliced tomatoes on, then the mozzarella, sprinkle with salt and pepper and place in the oven for 20 mins. or until cheese has melted. Enjoy!
