You can choose to use the italian dressing or not, depending on your taste. I also scoop out the seeds on both the squash and the zucchini; Sometimes they are hard, but again that is your choice.

Ingredients For summer bounty

  • 1 pkg
    smoked sausage, kiebasa
  • 1
    medium yellow squash
  • 1
    medium zucchini
  • 2
    medium tomatoes
  • 1
    medium sweet onion
  • 1/4 c
    italian salad dressing

How To Make summer bounty

  • 1
    prep all the ingredients; Thinly slice the smoked sausage. Halve and thinly slice the squash and zucchini. Dice the tomatoes. Thinly slice the onion.

    Put everything in a 10in-12in skillet and mix in italian dressing (You can omit the dressing if you don't like it). Cook until meat is heated through and veggies are done to your liking.
