Stuffed Hashbrown Bake

- 2 lb
- frozen hashbrowns (keep frozen)
- boneless chicken breast (already cooked and cut in chunks)
- 1 pkg
- bacon (cooked and broken in bite size pieces)
- 2 c
- cheese, shredded (i used colby jack)
- 16 oz
- sour cream
- 1 c
- half and half
- salt and pepper to taste
1Mix all ingredients together and place in 13 x 9 inch pan (sprayed). Top with additional cheese and cover with foil.
2Bake at 350 degree oven for 45 min., remove foil and bake for 15 more min.
