Stuffed Hashbrown Bake

I love stuffed baked potatoes, but when I went to my pantry tonight I didn't have any baking potatoes. So I created this bake with frozen hashbrowns and used everything in it that I would of used on my potato. The family ate the whole thing!

Ingredients

2 lb
frozen hashbrowns (keep frozen)
3
boneless chicken breast (already cooked and cut in chunks)
1 pkg
bacon (cooked and broken in bite size pieces)
2 c
cheese, shredded (i used colby jack)
16 oz
sour cream
1 c
half and half
salt and pepper to taste

Step-By-Step

1Mix all ingredients together and place in 13 x 9 inch pan (sprayed). Top with additional cheese and cover with foil.

2Bake at 350 degree oven for 45 min., remove foil and bake for 15 more min.
