Spinach Sausage Quiche (Vegetarian)

Makes 4 quiche unless you use deep dish pie crust then you will have enough for 3 quiche. I have to come up with a good vegan one as I'm allergic to cheese but I so enjoyed this one while I could.

Ingredients

4 Tbsp
butter
2 pkg
mushrooms (sliced)
1/2 tsp
season all
2 pkg
10 ounce frozen spinach (cooked & drained)
pinch
of sea salt
4 tsp
onion powder
2 Tbsp
garlic powder
2 pkg
morningstar veggie sausage links (mashed)

SAUTE THE ABOVE

6 c
swiss cheese (grated)
6
eggs. lightly beaten
4 Tbsp
mckays instant seasoning & broth (chicken style)
16 oz
evaporated milk
4
unbaked pie shells

Step-By-Step

1In a large frying pan, saute mushrooms in butter until cooked well and have shrunk in size. Add season all when the mushrooms are almost done.
NOTE: add a little water if they get too dried out before shrinking.

2Add spinach, sea salt, onion powder and garlic powder. Saute for about 2 min.

3Add mashed up sausage links and mix well.

4In a separate bowl combine grated Swiss cheese, eggs, McKays Imitation Chicken Seasoning & Broth, evaporated milk. Mix well.

5Combine sauteed ingredients to cheese mixture and mix well.

6Pour into 3 or 4 unbaked pie shells

7Bake at 325 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
