This is one of those main dishes that I needed something that could back a little while so that my family and friends could go for our nightly walk early.

2 pkgsmoked sausage links

4 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin

2 pkglipton mushroom and onion soup mix

1 lgonion chopped
How To Make smoked sausage and potato bake

1pre-heat oven to 400
-
2cut sausage links length wise and the cut in bite size pieces

3peal and chop potato's to bite size peices

4put all ingredients in a large bowl and mix gently till everything is coated with soup mix

5pour into a large casserole dish and bake in the over for 1 to 1 1/2 hours
