Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

2 can(s)
black bean soup ( i used goya)
3 can(s)
kidney beans-rinsed and drained
1 can(s)
garbanzos-rinsed and drained
1 can(s)
vegetarian baked beans-(i used b&m)
1-28 oz. can(s)
chopped tomatoes-with juice
2- 7 oz. can(s)
corn-( i like shoepeg)

onions-chopped
5 clove
garlis-chopped
2 Tbsp
chili powder
2 Tbsp
parsley
2 Tbsp
basil (fresh or dried)
2 Tbsp
cumin
2 Tbsp
oregano, dried
2 Tbsp
cilantro-fresh or dried

large container of sour cream-serve on the side for diners to top their bowls)
1
package of grated cheese of your choice-(i used pepper-jack) to serve on the side for diners to top their bowl

side dish of chopped onions for diners to top their bowls)

Directions Step-By-Step

Open all the canned items-place in your slow-cooker

chop the onions-(save about 1 cup of onion to serve on the side)-place the rest into the ingredients in the slow-cooker.

chop the garlic-add to ingredients in slow cooker

measure out the spices and add to ingredients in the slow cooker-stir all ingredients well to combine.

Cover and cook on high for 2 hours-

When serving -place a dish of the cheese-a dish of the chopped onions-and a dish of sour cream for the guests to top their bowls with.
