  • 1 stick
    real butter
  • 1 lg
    onion, chopped
  • 1 lg
    bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 can
    golden mushroom soup
  • 1 can
    rotel tomatoes, diced original
  • 1 lg
    cleaned and deveined shrimp or crawfish tails

How To Make shrimp or crawfish etouffee

  • 1
    Sauté onion and bell pepper in butter until soft. Add soup and tomatoes, stir well and let simmer for 10 minutes Add seafood, let simmer another 10 minutes Serve over rice with French bread
