Who'd a thought? I was lucky enough to grow up in a military town with many German wives. Sauerkraut was a common accompaniment at friend homes. This was first created when in my 20's.

Ingredients For sauerkraut pizza

1pizza crust

1 csauerkraut, canned and well drained

1 canpork and beans
-
1 csharp cheddar cheese
-
1 smyellow onions

1 dashgarlic salt
How To Make sauerkraut pizza

1Prepare the crust, what ever type you use.

2Spread the can of pork and beans on the crust and sprinkle on some garlic salt and diced onions. Make sure to drain and squeeze out the sauerkraut, then spread on top of beans. Top with cheese.

3Bake according to crust directions and cheese is bubbly.
