Ingredients For rhonda's pieroges

  • 2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • FILLING
  • 6
    potatoes ,cooked
  • 8 oz
    cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 stick
    margarine
  • 1
    onion (optional)
  • SERVING OPTIONS
  • butter, melted
  • chopped onions

How To Make rhonda's pieroges

  • 1
    Mix flour,egg,salt and water to make elastic dough. Roll on floured surface until 1/8 inch thick. Cut into 4 inch squares.

    mix potatoes, cheddar cheese and margarine till creamy. Put 1/8 cup on to dough fold over and pinch together: roll edges.

    Drop into boiling water. Cook until floats to top. Cook for 2 minutes longer. Remove with slotted spoon. Top with melted butter and onion. Or may fry in butter with onion till brown slightly.
