Ingredients

eggs, lightly beaten
1 c
clams, drained and chopped
1 tsp
salt
1/8 tsp
ground black pepper
1 c
milk
2 c
flour
3 tsp
baking powder
oil for deep frying

Step-By-Step

1Combine the eggs, clams, salt, pepper, milk and baking powder. Form into small cakes and fry a few at a time in a frying basket. Drain on paper towels. Makes 4 servings.
