This was my Grandmother Recipe. she used it to use up "leftovers"

Ingredients For presto meat pie

  • 4 Tbsp
    margarine
  • 4 Tbsp
    flour
  • 2 can
    vegetable soup
  • 2 c
    leftover roast beef, cubed
  • leftover mash potatoes (or make 4 servings instant)

How To Make presto meat pie

  • 1
    Melt the butter in a saucepan then add flour, blending well. cook until bubbly. Stir in soup and continue to cook until thickened. Add the cooked beef. Stir well.

    Pour into a large greased casserole. Cover with mashed potatoes.

    Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes
