How To Make potted dove

rub the dove breasts with butter,then fry in hot oil until brown.place dove in a casserole dish.melt 2 tablespoons butter in skillet,blend in flour until smooth. add broth stirring until smooth,then add the remaining ingredients.except the dove simmer,stirring,until thickened.pour sauce over dove. bake, covered,at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
