Melanie's Story

I put together several recipes to come up with these. They are so good and you can use whatever ingredients you want or like. Make a different one for every kid. These freeze and reheat well.

Ingredients

1
refrigerated biscuits (grands)
spaghetti sauce, meatless
ground beef
pepperoni
italian sausage, mild
olives, pitted
artichoke hearts
bell peppers
mozzarella cheese
any pizza topping you like

Directions Step-By-Step

1
Lightly grease muffin tins.
2
Split each Grands biscuit into 2 layers. Gently stretch and pat onto the muffin pan.
3
Put about 1 tablespoon of plain spaghetti sauce in the bottom of the muffin, then load up with your favorite pizza toppings and cover with cheese.
4
Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes or until done. Let cool for about 5 minutes before removing from muffin pans. I ran a knife around the edges for easy release.

I was just thinking how nifty these would be to set out on an appetizer table for a party.

They are great to have in the freezer. They reheat well in the microwave. When my boys were home I kept these in the freezer. I labeled each bag as to the topping on each batch. They make great snacks or dinner for little ones.
