Ingredients

6 large
potato's
16 oz
cheddar cheese, shredded
2to3 c
flour
2 large
eggs
1 tsp
vegetable oil
salt to taste
1 stick
butter melted

Step-By-Step

1cook potato's drain add cheese and mash set aside to cool

2take 1 cup flour add eggs and oil and salt start a dough add flour gradually to make a noodle dough may need all or less of flour roll out as thin as you can cut into squares

3in each square add a tabs of mash potato mixture fold into triangle moisten edges with a little water press to seal up when done making perogies cook in boiling water 3 to 5 min drain pour over melted butter
