Open Face Tomato and Muenster Cheese Sandwich

I often make this sandwich for my husband and me. You could also use it as your main entree' by just adding soup or a salad on the side. It is so good, you may want more than one slice.

Ingredients

2 slice
white bread
margarine
1 large
ripe tomato, sliced
oregano, to taste
salt and pepper to taste
2 slice
muenster cheese

Step-By-Step

1Spread margarine on each slice of bread. Add slices of tomato on each slice of bread. Sprinkle with dried oregano, salt and pepper to your taste.

2Top each slice of bread with a slice of muenster cheese. Put under broiler for just a few minutes, until cheese melts and begins to turn brown. Keep watching since it doesn't take long for it to burn.

3Remove from broiler and enjoy with soup or alone.
