Onion Pie

Yes! You heard it right! I got this recipe from a friend from Germany. She said she grew up eating and enjoying it as did my family. We have it for a whole meal sometimes, since it contains plenty of protein, vegetable and a starch. We often toss a salad on the side (and dessert if there is room for it). I hope your family enjoys it as much as we do.
