oh so good meatloaf

This meatloaf is a combination of other recipes I've tried. We had it for dinner last night and it got rave reviews-and from some picky eaters. Great served with mashed potatoes and green beans-our favorite comfort foods. Enjoy!

Ingredients For oh so good meatloaf

  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 lb
    ground pork
  • 1
    green pepper, chopped
  • 1
    medium onion, chopped
  • 1 pkg
    prepared stuffing mix (i used stove top, 6 oz, turkey flavor
  • 2
    eggs
  • pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 c
    milk

How To Make oh so good meatloaf

    Heat oven to 350 degrees.

    Crush stuffing mix to fine crumbs.
  • 3
    Mix all ingredients together.

    Put in two greased loaf pans.
  • 5
    Top with catsup and bake for about an hour to an hour and 20 minutes. Meatloaf should have internal temperature of 170 degrees.

    Remove from oven and let sit for about 5 minutes.
