Mushroom and Goat cheese pizza

3 Tbsp
olive oil
1 lb
fresh mushrooms, wiped clean and sliced
3 clove
onion,very thinly sliced
2 tsp
minced fresh or 1 tsp. dried rosemary
1/4 lb
fresh goat cheese, crumbled

Directions Step-By-Step

Heat 2 Tbl. olive oil in a large skillet. Add the mushrooms, garlic, and onions and saute for 5-8 minutes. Drain any liquid from the pan.
Brush remaining 1 Tbl. of the olive oil on the prebaked crust. Top with the mushroom mixture. Sprinkle with the rosemary and cheese. Bake for 5-7 minutes.

    I am on a salt restricted diet. Found some goat cheese today and it only has 80 mg. of sodium per serving. I am going to try this recipe, personal size tho in a few days.

    It is ready to go in the oven. will let you know how I like it. made my own salt free sauce and it is about 6" around. all veggie with the goat cheese

    well Karen, it is delicious. I included a pic, tho I added blk olives,onion and peppers. I am stuffed !!
