- olive oil
- 1 lb
- fresh mushrooms, wiped clean and sliced
- 3 clove
- onion,very thinly sliced
- 2 tsp
- minced fresh or 1 tsp. dried rosemary
- 1/4 lb
- fresh goat cheese, crumbled
1Heat 2 Tbl. olive oil in a large skillet. Add the mushrooms, garlic, and onions and saute for 5-8 minutes. Drain any liquid from the pan.
2Brush remaining 1 Tbl. of the olive oil on the prebaked crust. Top with the mushroom mixture. Sprinkle with the rosemary and cheese. Bake for 5-7 minutes.
