Ingredients

1 lb pkg
spaghetti, cooked al dente per package instructions
1/2 c
olive oil, divided
2 Tbsp
finely chopped garlic
1 c
chopped scallions
1/4 c
chopped fresh basil
2 c
halved grape tomatoes
1 tsp
salt
1 tsp
black pepper
2
avocados, peeled and flaked
1 c
feta cheese

Step-By-Step

1Heat 1/4 cup olive oil in large skillet. Sautee garlic, scallions, basil and tomatoes over medium heat for 5 minutes.

2Put cooked and drained spaghetti in large serving bowl. Pour sauteed tomato mixture over spaghetti, add remaining olive oil, avocado and feta cheese and toss together.
