Lasagna Pizza Stuffed Spaghetti Squash Boats

- 1 medium
- spaghetti squash
- 11/2 c
- italian meat sauce (or marinara)
- 1 1/2 c
- ricotta cheese
- 3 slice
- mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp
- italian seasoning
- 1 Tbsp
- parmesan cheese
Place on baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and S&P. Turn upside down, skin side up.
Place in 400 preheated oven for 40min.
When done scrap your squash so its like spaghetti.
Start your layering on top of spaghetti. First sauce then ricotta, more sauce and top with slice and a half of mozzarella and pepperoni.
