Kiebasa and Potato Stew

- 1 pkg
- polska kielbasa sausage, sliced into medallions
- 6 medium
- potatoes cut into bite size pieces
- 1 can(s)
- cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 to 1 can(s)
- milk or water
1Put your sliced kielbasa in a med-hot pot or lg. pan. Stir and flip and toss til its all seared.
2Add your potatoes and soup. Then slowly add milk or water while stirring.
3Once you've got it all mixed together, turn heat to low. Cover and simmer 30 min or til potatoes are done.
4Seasoning isn't needed because the kielbasa is seasoned enough. I like salty and I don't add a thing. Enjoy
