- 5 medium
- russet potatos-thinly sliced
- 4 Tbsp
- hot dogs
- head broccoli-chopped
- 1 c
- shredded chedder cheese
- 1/2 c
Lightly butter a 9" X 13" baking pan.
Add 1/2 layer of the potatoes & sprinkle with 1/2 of flour.
Add a layer of 1/2 of the hotdogs & broccoli.
Add 1/2 cheese.
Repeat layers,ending with cheese.
Pour milk over all; cover with foil & bake until potatoes are tender & casserole is bubbly, About 40 minutes.
