- jar/can sourkraut
- 1/2 stick

1Brown bacon till crisp, remove from pan, cut up in pieces.
2Add chopped onion to pan drippings and saute for 5 mins on low.
3Cut up pototoes into bite size pieces and add to onions. Brown on med heat 15 mins to cook potatoes through.
4Add bacon, butter and drained jar/can of sour kraut, stir and brown for 5 mins on low.
5Add cut up keilbasa. Cover and let cook on low for 20 mins till keilbasa is warmed through.
