This is something I "invented" years ago! Do not try to "fry" this on the stove top, it takes way to long! As far as cooking in the oven, try to leave it in there until most of the moisture is gone. Stiring once in awhile keeps veggies that are on the top from "browning". I hope you like it.
Heat oven to 375. Oil a cast iron frying pan or casserole dish. Slice Keilbasa and mix with all other ingredients. Place in baking dish or pan. Bake for about 1 hour. Serve alone with a side or over noodles or rice.
